It seems interesting, but the “right” time keeps becoming earlier and earlier?
And please don’t make me try 4 am. I think I am good and so are the rest of the people that are sleep-deprived. (sleep hours vary per person)
I have tried all of the times ranging from 5 am-12 pm. Hey I need to catch up on sleep during the weekends, no judgements please haha.
