I seem to remember Lifehacker or some sister publication writing a bunch of articles about getting their Comcast bill reduced, so yes, it’s worth a shot.

As for BillFixers, that actually sounds like something I would use. I can’t really make phone calls at home (calls over wifi drop) and I don’t always want to sit on hold in the engineering lounge at school (or if I’m working, stand outside the trailer like a slacker). I don’t have reception for about half of my drive home, so that’s an issue too. I’d use it, I guess. Maybe.
