INGREDIENTS:
· 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
· 1 red fresno or jalapeno chile pepper, half minced, half thinly sliced
· 3 teaspoons toasted (dark) sesame oil
· paneer cubes
· schezwan chutney (Chings)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stir together the chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced chile pepper, sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl
- Pour into a small serving bowl and top with the sliced chile pepper
- Set aside to let the flavours blend
- Shallow fry the paneer cubes in oil
- Sautee them in the Schezwan chutney
- Serve the paneer in the small serving bowl containing the sauce (from step 2–3)
