Mexi-Puri

INGREDIENTS:

· 2 avocados

· 2 small tomatoes

· 1 medium onion

· 4 pods of garlic

· lemon juice

· shredded cheese

· salt

· crushed green chillies/jalapeños

· pani puri puris

· hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Salsa:

  1. Combine cut tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chillies/jalapenos, salt, cilantro and lemon juice and mix well

Avocado/Guacamole:

  1. Mash the avocados in a large bowl
  2. Add garlic, onions, tomatoes, crushed green chillies/jalapeños, salt, cilantro and lemon juice to it and mix well

Black Beans:

  1. Soak black beans in water overnight
  2. Drain the water next day and cook them in pressure cooker for about 25 minutes
  3. Add salt to taste

Final Puris:

  1. Fill the puris with black beans, salsa/guacamole
  2. Add shredded cheese on the top, followed by some hot sauce
