INGREDIENTS:
· 2 avocados
· 2 small tomatoes
· 1 medium onion
· 4 pods of garlic
· lemon juice
· shredded cheese
· salt
· crushed green chillies/jalapeños
· pani puri puris
· hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Salsa:
- Combine cut tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chillies/jalapenos, salt, cilantro and lemon juice and mix well
Avocado/Guacamole:
- Mash the avocados in a large bowl
- Add garlic, onions, tomatoes, crushed green chillies/jalapeños, salt, cilantro and lemon juice to it and mix well
Black Beans:
- Soak black beans in water overnight
- Drain the water next day and cook them in pressure cooker for about 25 minutes
- Add salt to taste
Final Puris:
- Fill the puris with black beans, salsa/guacamole
- Add shredded cheese on the top, followed by some hot sauce
