Regular Gym But not seeing Result?

  1. You reward yourself too much: After work-out done you just off your gym clothes and went to outside. You’ve been eyeing that piece of cake for a while. Don’t lose self-control that time because your one wish may destroy your full day work out and resultant nothing. So don’t be attracted by these fast junk food anywhere like in parties, Events and etc.
  2. You skip the stretch: Don’t off and on go to fitness centers. Happened is what that by laziness we supposed to skip one day and don’t repeat at home so our exited body and power don’t not get boost of energy and that type of work-out to maintain regularly. So if possible don’t skip and if have to then complete basics at home. My suggestion is that find fitness centres using any Gym Finder website because it has facility’s to search nearby our place and also filtrations with fee and regards activities.
  3. You recover with a sports drink: Sugary sports drinks can replenish electrolytes, but if you’ve just finished a short workout, the extra calories are probably unnecessary. Save the sports drinks or coconut water for intense workouts lasting more than an hour or for workouts in hot weather.
  4. You use it as an excuse: Ya!! Worked so much at office/college and thinking its replacing our work-out which is done at Gym. Don’t not make this an excuse because this can’t replace and not enough to do. You should have one target that you are losing 300 calories per day so you have to make it regular for better result. Continuity make things better and at than end gives better results
  5. You wait too long to eat: Refuelling soon after a workout is crucial because it’s what helps you rebuild muscle after a workout. Since the more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism, make sure you fit a snack of carbs and protein into your post-workout ritual.
  6. You don’t schedule the next one: You should pat yourself on the back for finishing this workout, but don’t let your self-congratulations get in the way of scheduling your next workout. You’ll only see progress if you make exercise a consistent part of your week.
  7. Prefer Unisex gym: Try to go unisex gym so you would get more members to help you during working-out. Generally girls 1st find out Women Gym and boys for men gym.
