Great article on saying no in difficult situations. I did this once during an endorsement meeting for a political committee. I was the lone voice who voted against endorsing a candidate for office that everyone else voted for. I got the cold shoulder and some very displeased criticisms afterward. Yet, I felt what I had done was right. It wasn’t easy. It didn’t make me any friends and made several enemies, but I was able to look at myself in the mirror without shame. So it was worth it.
