Thank you for opening such a great topic — in the millennial’s era we are coming to the point where younger people obtain managerial positions. Being in the same shoes now (leading people 20 years older than me), and it’s kind of cruel task to accomplish :)
I would just add one thing here — do not think about age difference, experience, and all that crazy staff that is 100% going to circling around your head. Just be sure about yourself, you decisions and be a role model for your employees. This is how you will be successful here.
