Everyone knows that waking up early is great for them, you may have tried this many times, set many alarms also even decided what you’re going to do when you wake up in the morning but why does your motivation fade away as soon as the alarm rings and nothing feel cozier than your blanket.

Your most powerful, greatest, and most creative thoughts come to you at that time but if you are sleeping, all those thoughts will be wasted.

Early morning, 1.5 hours before sunrise, is when your focus, concentration, mental clarity, and peace of mind are at their peak. If you want to learn some new skills and make your body strong, no other time is suitable than morning.

Here are 3 secrets to waking up early and making your life successful. And If you also follow these things you can wake up early without fail.

The first secret is:

Get into bed by 9 pm

You don’t have to worry about waking up early. Get in bed by 9 pm. I know at 9 pm you won’t be sleepy, we are stuck to these gadgets late in the night. all these high stimulation activities aggravate our brain and senses, high stimulation activities include working on the laptop scrolling on Instagram and social media watching tv shows and listening to loud music.

So...

Open the alarm app set an alarm for 9 pm and set it to repeat every day. The alarm's name should be “getting into bed and wind down.”

Don’t do any high-stimulation activities, instead of replacing these activities with low-stimulation activities like reading books, and journal writing.

So remember — the preparation to wake up early should begin the previous night.

The second secret is:

Create a strong morning routine

If you don’t have a clear purpose for waking up early then no matter what you do, you won’t wake up early. So create an inspiring morning routine.

A holistic morning routine has three M’s

The first M- meditate: spend the first half an hour of your mourning meditating or doing any other spiritual activity. During meditation, you can reflect on your life. Through journalizing or chanting, spiritual study. Whatever comes naturally to you, do that. Your mind is silent at the time before sunrise and you can easily meditate

The second M –movement: whether it’s yoga asana practice, walking, running, jogging, dancing, swimming, or another sport

The third M –mastery: the time when you sharpen your memory. During this time you can read books. Whether these books are on health, self-development, or spirituality, you can learn a new skill.

Morning 5 AM is a ‘0’ distraction hour. There are no notifications running on your phone.

5–6 people in your home aren’t drawing your attention and that’s why writers, poets, thinkers, and any successful people, never wasted this golden hour by sleeping through them

They know that early morning the mind is a “powerhouse of creativity”.

These 3 M’S helped a lot in my personal life

Never do meditation, movement, and mastery at your bedside there are high chances, you’ll end up sleeping half an hour later

Give every activity a designated place. One space one use.

So in summary, you’ll only wake up early, if you have a solid purpose and an inspiring morning routine can be the reason for you to wake up early. But still, if you find yourself snoozing the alarm, keep the phone away from your bedside table so you have to get up and walk to close it

The third secret is:

Have a light dinner

If your dinner is consisting of heavy grain, it will take 5–6 hours just to digest in your stomach. When your body has something so heavy to digest, it can’t give you a deep sleep. Remember-

DIGESTION ON, DEEP SLEEP GONE

At dinner, you can have soups or a big bowl of fresh salad. If you don’t fulfill this, then take any grain with veggies. But less grain and double the veggies.

And yes keep the quantity of your dinner low.

Don’t stuff your stomach.

In fact, before getting up from the table, leave some space in your stomach

2 hours gap is essential between your meal and sleep.

Tell me in a comment what difference you feel after following this routine.
