More often than not everyone makes some sort of resolution when the new year comes around. This new year I made on of my biggest ones which was to cut down the amount of anxious energy around me and say yes. As usual it all went great for 2 weeks, then the old habits came back. I was aware that I was slipping back but today I renewed those resolutions and am feeling positive to the outcomes it could achieve.
It is a good idea to re-evaluate goals that are made to not only check on progress but add extra motivation. A new resolution might be to check up on my resloutions every month…
