Let’s start at the begining

As I explained in the short bio of this blog, I am a big fan of culture’s world, so in consequence I spend so much of my leisure time in cultural activities. In 2012, Spain raised the VAT in most cultural products from 8 to 21%, this means a significant increase int he price and therefore a reduction of assistance to the shows.

I like culture and I think that people who work in this world must be paid for they job and tallent. Usually, I pay tickets without rancor but I’m student so my pocket is so little and sometimes I can not pay more tickets as I would like. Fortunately, the city of Barcelona offers interesting options to attend to cultural activities for free or low cost.

For this reason, I have decided to dedicate this blog to explain activities or events that will be in Barcelona that will enrich you culturally but not impoverished economically.

Poster exhibition

Finally, in this first post I leave you a simple recommendation, Galeria Mayoral is exhibiting an exhibition of Dali’s works. The exhibitions is called Dali, mestre en metamorfosis (Dali, master in metamorphosis). Logically, there are not the most important and famous work of the artists, which are exhibited in the other museums such as Figueres, Púbol and Cadaqués (all of them really reccomended but paying). In this Barcelona exhibition the visitor can see some facets of the artist that are not well known such as some drafts of fashion designs.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
