
#Reaching out HR Professionals to practice Equip and real ( Group Activity)
In order to practice equip and real we reach out the HR operational & Staffing specialist of Ufone,Sir Faisal Hamraz by getting his phone number through google.One of our group member call him and take time for the meeting and also mentioned the purpose of this meeting.

We were there on time.We firstly,introduce ourselves and then told him that why we are actually here to meet him and what is the actual purpose of this meeting.There were 3 Hiring Managers in that room and that was more advantageous for us to meet 3 Hiring Managers at a time.

We started to ask questions and the questions were:
- What are their first priority while hiring a person for job?
- What is most important to you,Well graduated person or well experienced?
- What is the main hurdle you face in moving from 3G coverage to 4G coverage?
- How do you identify the person is real or not?
Sir Faisal Hamraz told us that their first priority is actually confidence, after that the skills which we were advertised in the JD.He said that if he talk about well graduated or well experienced person,he will definitely prefer well experienced person over well graduated.He said that I may select a person due to his education but only in case if he ever remain a gold medalist.After that he told us that Ufone has a great competition with Jazz and Zong so they firstly want to improve their quality as much as they can.Then they will think about to move towards 4G coverage.They also told us that they have some budget issues.After that he said that if you people ask me that how can I identify a person is real or not?.Surely I will say that his body movement and the main thing that shows that a person is real or not is to check through his CV.Make sure that you are as perfect as you have mentioned in your CV.
Another HR, name Sir Adeel Zafar gave us feedback on our resume.They told us that we should mention the objective in our resume.He told us that if you are mentioning languages,also mention the level that you are beginner,basic or master in that language.Same in case of soft skills and technical skills.
Another HR,Sir Faisal Hayyat gave us feedback on our cover letter.He also said us to follow the 4 principles of a rockstar cover letter.In the end we thank them and in the next 24 hours we send thank you email to each 3 Hiring Managers.
The three main takeaways from the interview is as:
- The things are not as,as you see them.You should experience them personally
- Feedback can helps you to be as perfect as you want to be
- We experienced that how we can be equip and real in an interview
After the interview,we decided that we will apply all that things which we are unaware of and will prepare ourselves as better as we can.We experienced so many things and learn a lot through this meeting.#ThanksAmal #ThanksUfone.
