Why Kindness Is So Important

I like that quote because it reminds me that it is how I go about my day that is more important than what I do. If you think of the billions of people on the planet doing something daily — whether that be obtaining enough food for survival or running a billion dollar corporation — they have a single thread in common, how they treat themselves and others.
you don’t need to wait for someone else to initiate a day or week of celebrations to practice random acts of kindness; you can put them into play anytime you like! we can make a deliberate attempt to brighten another person’s day by doing something thoughtful, nice, and caring. Kindness is a way of showing others that they count and that, even in the face of hostility and selfishness, you’re making a stand for kindness. Thanks Amal for this nice practice.
Here is some small Kindness Act that I have done this week.
- My sir wants to copy a link and mail to his daughter but they don’t know the method. I helped him and told the method as well.
- I show my thanks and gratitude to the Iqbal Bhai working as an office boy in our office.
- Donate some amount for good purpose.
- Helped the colleague she was in trouble and workload and was feeling stress.
- Spend some time with street children’s. Act like a friend with street children, playing and teach some letters.
And I really feel to do all these tasks. These are the good source of happiness, Internally I feel happy and relax.
