Chris Marchie is it my own bias of reading through my own lenses, or did you just write the article I needed to read specifically for the week I’ve been through? I’m blown away by this.

My dear friend Tom Kuegler was just telling me encouraging me to take break from writing, as I was sharing I was feeling stalled. On many other levels of my life, I feel like I strive to keep perfect control—need to be perfect much?— and I just don’t know how to give myself permission to cut myself some slack without self-punishing.

The “Let’s simply pick up where I left off” makes so much sense yet I think it’s what I struggle with most in my life right now.
