I love the concept! I started putting my phone to Airplane mode every night before going to bed, and would not switch it back on until midday the next day. When I do this, not only do I become more productive, I also feel more present and enjoy what I’m doing so much more. I also feel more in control because I choose the exact moment when I connect, when I’ll get swamped by messages and other distractions.
