Buckle up, True Crime fans! This trial will make the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard Trial resemble a Disney movie.

The parents of Courtney Clenney, Kim Clenney (60), and Deborah Clenney (57), have been arrested by Travis County, Texas, officers after a Miami-Dade court issued an out-of-state felony warrant for withholding from authorities Christian (Tobi) Obumseli’s laptop and attempting to access the device.

Only Fans Model Courtney Clenney (26) has been charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli (27), on the evening of April 3, 2022, in their pricey 10,000-dollar-per-month luxury high-rise apartment at One Paraiso in Miami.

The prosecution released some explosive audio recordings and video recordings to document Clenney’s increasingly angry, unstable, and unpredictable behavior and rants during arguments. A video was released of Clenney being arrested in Las Vegas for stabbing Obumseli in the leg during an intense argument in 2021.

On November 17, 2022, a Miami-Dade Superior Court Judge heard arguments about whether Clenney should be allowed to post bond and be released from jail pending the outcome of the criminal trial.

Throughout the two-day hearing, the prosecution argued that Clenney was a flight risk, a danger to the public, a violent and dangerous substance abuser, and a murderer who had made inconsistent stories about the incident that led to…
