Am I the only one who sees the obvious problem with this statement??
Christianity’s core message is “to offer and higher and better way.” When a leader defines the problem as other’s perception and the need to offer a higher and better way, the question becomes: “What are you currently offering?” If it is not already a higher and better way, some soul-searching is in order.
Churches that spend time focusing on politics only have that much less time to teach about Christianity, whose head taught us that we should “give unto Caesar those things that are Caesar’s, and unto God those things which are God’s……”
