Yes ma’am. I did say rare occurrence. There is more than enough amateur journalists on Facebook and Twitter for more than rare occourances to go unnoticed. Not every African-American killed by a police officer is murder. You may not believe that, but I hope that reality is visible to you. Yes, there are murders committed by cops, against blacks, whites, Asians, middle easterners. Rarely is it hate, more so corruption. But African-Americans are not being singled out against every other race. That’s just not true. And the number of cops killed by ALL races is exponentially higher, so if anyone has the right to be pissed, it’s the cops. Now, that being said, if a group wants to march down the street and PEACEFULLY protest what they feel is unjust, I will give my life to protect their right to do so. I will stand in front of an army to defend their right. But when the peace leaves, that is when I too must leave. And that is what happened this week. People who supported a movement they believe in, a movement that is known for their violent acts of rage, shot, killed, and wounded many police officers. You have a right to believe whatever you want. You have a right to say whatever you want. But if you choose to accept murder of innocent men(sound familiar?) in the name of your cause, then I cannot accept that and I will invite you to leave. That is not how Americans act. I say the same to any white supremacists or Muslim-haters or any bigoted person. All Lives Matter is a fraise that means that all lives are equally important. That is what I believe and that is what I will defend.
Did you just say “rare occurrence”… your word choice reflects your state of mind about black…
