Instagram stories are a post that will only be available for 24 hours but it lets your followers interact with you in a more efficient way. When used right you could have your followers engage in a Poll. For example, if you are a clothing store you could ask your customers what styles they would like to see more of. Instagram also has an “Ask me anything” feature that will allow your followers to ask any specific questions they might have that could also help out any other followers. There’s a “swipe up” feature that will bring you to a direct website that would be very helpful if you are talking about a specific product. You would be able to let your followers know if you just posted something letting them know that they should be sure to check it out. These are just a few great features that Instagram stories have to offer that could really help out your business.
