Damn. I also have the power drop-out problem, but not all the time, so I didn’t bother contacting them about it. Unfortunately I don’t have any contacts, but I’ll send them a link to this article and my other one about how my scooter broke. Maybe seeing how people are venting their frustration in public will give them something to think about.
