Why I Cannot Support Black Lives Matter As A Black Woman

We are living in the ‘Age of Rage’! The direct result of a business model with concepts, modalities of implication and character develop that when executed properly it will produce positive results for centuries. Unless a new business model is developed that starts with removing the exception clause from the 13th Amendment.

It happened on the bank of James River in Virginia on December 25, 1712, when Christmas was not a national holiday. A West Indies, British slave owner came to the Americas to help slave owners create “the perfect slave”. His model had three major concepts we live and breathe in daily: FEAR, DISTRUST, and ENVY. Based on these three concepts this wise gentleman discloses his implementation strategy on how to produce an efficient system that causes mental, emotional, physical and spiritual paralysis. A system he explains to his audience that Ancient Rome would envy! Yes, I am speaking of the infamous Willie Lynch!

America has a mental illness that everyone that lives in this country suffers from and is in need of therapy. It’s known as the “Willie Lynch Syndrome”. Lynch states for future institutional, financial and social indemnities towards generations beyond 1712, the Black slave like a wild horse needs to be psychologically and physically contained to break self-determination. His model, “Keep the body take the mind!” Lynch used these three concepts: FEAR, DISTRUST, and ENVY to develop intersections of epistemology that continue to effect us all today. Which I believe is the hinge attached to Black Lives Matter.

Lynch first addresses the comparison of Lynching, the hanging of slaves on a tree, to the Romans use of nailing people to the cross. He then begins to explain his “fool proof” method for controlling Black slaves that will last for at least 300 years. In case you missed it, 2012 made 300 years. Black women are still advising their children to “mind the master”. Today we hear “obey the authorities”. Lynch provided his own Dewey Decimal System that divided the Slaves from White Servants. The categories he used are implemented today when we fill out the Census and any other form to get a job, housing, grants, medical service, or even to vote! According to the printed version of Willy Lynch: The Making of A Slave, they are as follows: Age, Color or Shade, Intelligence, Size or Shape, Sex, Demographics/Location, Attitude of Owners/Managers, and Hair Texture. Next Lynch goes to outlines Action Steps that will become “self refueling” and “self generating” for hundreds of years. These differences did and continue to produce a strong mental paralysis that is carried in FEAR, DISTRUST and ENVY among Americans, especially towards Blacks.

Lynch is the Father of ‘Black on Black’ crime. Do not be fooled. It did not start in the 90s with the drug war epidemic. Lynch’s instructions are clear. He states firmly, “Don’t forget you must pitch the old black Male vs. the young black Male, and the young black Male against the old black Male.” This type of “pitching” or fighting was directed for dark skin vs. light, female vs. male, and White servants vs. Black slaves and vice versa for all cohorts. “I shall assure you that distrust is stronger than trust and envy stronger than adulation, respect or admiration.” Lynch was RIGHT!

When I worked for a Black lead non-profit organization, as a Lead Organizer, later Director of Strategic Relations, it was difficult to raise funds from the White and Black socially conscious philanthropist, Black, Brown and Low Income communities. These were the same communities our advocacy worked for change directly affected. The comments I received personally, came from a space of FEAR, DISTRUST and ENVY. For example, “What you guys gonna do with the money?” = FEAR; “You get paid by big wigs in New York. You don’t need my hard earn money to do what you do.” = DISTRUST; and “You get paid enough. Give some of your salary back.” = ENVY. The funny thing is WE did take furloughs. The media, advertisements, movies, books, etc., ALL continue to regenerate these three concepts: FEAR, DISTRUST, and ENVY to render revenue, which is enforcing Lynch’s businesses model. Today that non-profit, after reforming criminal justice, health and drug policy policies for nearly two decades, like so many other Black lead organizations and businesses is almost non-existent if at all.

Black Lives Matter to Who? and Why? Recently, some support is given to some Black own businesses. However, WHY did it take more dead Black men for these businesses to receive support? I ask, ‘Black lives matter to Who? And Why? Is it out of guilt to ease our pain? Or is it truly a path to healing from Willy Lynch Syndrome. Is this a new methodology being implemented to eradicate FEAR, DISTRUST, and Envy among ourselves America? Or is it only for Black Americans?

The idea of removing the “exception clause” in the 13th Amendment is the measurement of our total consciousness as a society, if Black Lives Matter. There should be a national push to permanently end slavery and the ramifications of suffering under Willy Lynch Syndrome. If we as a country cannot accomplish this task with the Black Lives Matter movement and remove behavioral laws in criminal and civil justices, then this movement is no different than the Occupy Movement.

When we talk about “Community Policing” or policing period, WE are subconsciously, traumatizing ourselves as a society. We have transferred the strategies and procedures of Slave Patrol to Police Patrol. The star design does not make a bit of difference. The enforcement does! In the 1800s we had lynching. Today we have police shootings, hangings, false arrests, and setups. The same methods and mindset, “Don’t trust ANY BLACKS or POOR people (modern standards includes the impoverished), ALL under the guise of Safety and Security. These techniques are practiced inside the prisons and jails as well. Lynch even developed the ways in which you racially profile, “They watched, therefore with skilled and practiced eyes, and learned to read with great accuracy, the state of mind and heart of the slave, through his sable face. Unusual sobriety, apparent abstractions, sullenness and indifference indeed, any mood out of the common was afforded ground for suspicion and inquiry.” Police “discretion” gives the police a blanket defense under the guise of safety and security. Sasha Bentham, a social work student, said it best, “If an officer “THINKS” someone has a gun, they can shot them. If an officer “THINKS” someone looks suspicious, they can LAWFULLY search them.”

Do not feel left out or think Willie Lynch Syndrome doesn’t apply to you White America. You too suffer from Willy Lynch Syndrome. Statements like, “I want MY America back!” or “I don’t own slaves. My ancestors did!” only perpetuates that you suffer from the same mental illness, Willy Lynch Syndrome. Just as Lynch is the father of Black on Black crimes, racial profiling and violence or force for correction. He also defined White Privilege and dealt with White Guilt by dismissing it on the grounds of economic and physical security, “It was the interest and business of slave holders to study human nature, and the slave nature in particular, with a view to practical results. I and many of them attained astonishing proficiency in this direction. They had to deal not with earth, wood and stone, but with men and by every regard they had for their own safety and prosperity they needed to know the material on which they were to work. Conscious of the injustice and wrong they were every hour perpetuating and knowing what they themselves would do. Were they the victims of such wrongs? They were constantly looking for the first signs of the dreaded retribution.”

Of course Lynch describes how to break the male through execution and near death beatings. We, All, see its historic occurrences daily, especially through social media. Lynch explained the fundamentals of role reversal between the Black slave man and woman. This has manifested in “Black Woman’s Strength” or “Female Head of Household”. Lynch advised slave owners to mix a little “good” White blood in cross breeding, raping Black females, will further confuse and divide the Black slave population. These rapes were to ensure future economic security. The movie, “School Daze”, by Spike Lee, is a brilliant example of how Black America views and judges using FEAR, DISTRUST, ENVY, against itself. By using Lynches business model categories and cohorts we have upgraded from the House Negro and Field Negro. Today’s House Negro is the educated, famous, and wealthy Black man, woman or child. Today’s Field Negros is the homeless, people with criminal history; those with substance abuse disorder and yes, even some Veterans. We all have a role to play in Lynch’s diabolical treatment of human beings. We ALL have and continue to play these roles.

To undo this business plan that runs rampant in our country. We need a new business plan that includes FREE mental health services, a renewing of the mind, or we will continue to see more discourse, disharmony, and more importantly, DEATHS. I cannot support an ideology and political campaign that does not end our disease, Willy Lynch Syndrome. I cannot support something that continues to perpetuate the abuse, misuse of our role as women, while we watch our Black Men, Women and Children die structural and institutional racism. Black Lives do matter in America! It is the “to Who” and “Why” that needs to change. The new Willie Lynch to once again bring us under public enslavement without regard to us being human is another businessman named Donald Trump!

Trump will ensure the new Black slave, ANYONE that is undesirable to him and those like-minded, will remain uneducated, controlled by religious dogma, and be products for their wealth. Trump’s goal is to use US, the undesirables, as products and not people. The similarities I mentioned previously are not mistakes. These tactics are modern enforcement tactics of a successful business model to control today’s slaves. Allowing the new Masters to keep US “In check” and maintain the status-quo. No different than the upgrade from nailing a person to the cross, to hanging them from a tree to today’s police shooting the innocent. Black Lives Matter no differently from 1712 to 2016.

A new business model will be the ‘Phenomenon” Lynch warren about over 300 years ago. Not violence or non-violence or marching or rallying. America needs to get serious and eradicate slavery forever by removing the exception clause from the 13th Amendment of our Constitution and eliminate laws created to enforce that exception, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction” Along with mental health services to remove our disease, Willie Lynch Syndrome is the beginning stages of a new business plan I am willing to sit at the table and support. Again, that’s if Black Lives Matter beyond being a product for profit and a hashtag.
