I don’t know how many baby boomers YOU know, sweetie, but I’m one of them. My husband is 71, I am 69. We’ve been eating PHO for over 22 years now since a Vietnamese restaurant opened in Baltimore when we lived in NE Maryland. We live in Philly now. There is a thriving Vietnamese presence here. We went to Pho Ha on Washington Ave when we were the ONLY non Vietnamese in the place. We brought our friends and family. We now go out for Pho once a month or more. If we’re not eating Pho, we’re eating Chinese hand drawn noodles in soup. Or sometimes we eat Indian or Russian or get pierogies or a nice corned beef special. We ARE mostly Italian though so pasta and pizza (home made) are big on our list. Do you realize how snarky your post is? I actually wanted to go out for Chinese Christmas Day because we have a big Italian meal Christmas Eve but was vetoed by other members who are younger. So I made PASTA. Perhaps you just know a lot of stupid old people. They all probably voted for Trump anyway because they are afraid of people who arent’ white.
