Finally a tactical response!

IF…IF…IF there was only a way to demand an all woman jury presided over by a female judge, in all female rape cases, we would see a quick change.

From a male’s perspective: I see this as a very tricky argument to navigate. Having a solitary rape case is too much, but if the pendulum swung hard the other way (woman judge, all woman-jury), any disgruntle woman could accuse a man of rape with severe consequences. So we must be very careful.
