From Social to Organizational Justice

This study was researched and prepared by my colleagues, Joel Davis and Brad Labrum, and myself as part of a project we submitted for one of our courses in the doctoral program at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.

The objectives of the project were to: (1) Identify the development of the concept of Organizational Justice; (2) Clarify what we tend to know about the concept of Organizational Justice and what is still being debated; and (3) Where the opportunities lie for further conceptual development or expansion.

Because we have in fact learned a great deal about Organizational Justice in the literature, and how it applies in organizational settings, I thought the information would be helpful for entrepreneurs, students of business, and managers as they attempt to determine how best to satisfy the changing needs in work environments. I hope you enjoy this Power Point.
