Well done, Bryce. Many startups carry this “culture” of “we’re getting by, so…?” This type of thinking causes many companies to fail. Assumptions along the way only make matters worse. A company must continue to strive for profitability, specifically a start-up, and so, it is crucial to draw a “profit map” that continues to encourage performance and growth.
