I practised this when I was a kid. I did my homework before going to school. Then I had the whole rest of the day to myself when school was finished. I did love those mornings. Wonder why I stopped. Maybe lack of sleep. My parents told me they were worried because they never saw me sleeping.
Now that I’m my own boss, I don’t need to keep a daily schedule. I sleep as long as I need. Occasionally I get up early anyway when I happen to get disturbed by some noisy birds or something, and the morning is beautiful enough to invite me. I rather enjoy that. If it leaves me with 4 hours of sleep or even less, I can always catch up through naps. Maybe I should do this regularly. But not all mornings are so beautiful.
I wonder why you eat your breakfast after work-out. I need some energy boost first, simply to get more done and be more efficient when doing it. But maybe on a slow-carb diet, things work differently.
