I think I started the habit when I was too lazy to do any homework some day, or had too much fun, and so had to catch up next morning before I went to school. I found that I enjoyed doing it like that, and so I kept it going for quite a while. I wasn’t on a particularly good school that gave us very difficult homework or piles of it, otherwise it couldn’t be done I guess.
I think I’m more of the B type, but I have learned that I must plan my days and my projects in order to get stuff done in time. I do get behind sometimes, and can recollect some frantic last days efforts working through nights to deliver in time. Fun memories, but not so fun when they were happening. Luckily, in my line of work, deadlines can often be moved without too much trouble, at least if you give ample warning.
Good for you that you have found this schedule and that it works for you, and thanks for sharing it with us. I cannot fathom the idea of waking up without being hungry, but people are different — much more different than the diet gurus realise, I think. If you don’t have an appetite when you wake up, a walk and a good work-out sure will build it up.
