As the Federal Court appointed CEO of eToys.com public company — when I turned down & reported the bribes offered to me & Kay-Bee CEO, Michael Glazer — yours truly was transformed from being known as “Laser the Liquidator” — to becoming an infuriated APE.

Federal authorities have refused to do any SEC, DOJ, FTC or Anti-Trust unit cases against Bain Capital & Goldman Sachs racketeering partnership of defrauding public & private companies; which are often accomplished by — ”Bust Outs”,

Fifty days ago, the SEC changed its mind of blocking me from reporting the crimes; and the SEC Whistleblower program granted me 2 case numbers.

Then SWAT paid me a visit!

One SEC case number is against the crooks defrauding eToys — and the 2nd SEC whistleblower case numbers- is against the “Bust Outs” and multi billion dollars stock frauds on Mattel & others.

Arguably, most have no idea, how deep the rackets have infestated our Federal agencies of Justice.
