Trademarks of a control freak in disguise

-complains that no one will help them, doesn’t let anyone help

-needs plans to go exactly as they imagine them in their head

-expects others to know who or what will bother them intuitively, and to then avoid those things

-inflicts punishments, often in petty or passive aggressive form, on those who don’t meet impossibly high or undefined standards

-feels guilty or anxious but will not admit that those emotions need to be dealt with

-often experiences the urge to over direct others because their life or the world feels like it’s spinning out of control
