Fantastic post, your challenge tree provides a very clear understanding of the needs and issues facing STEM educators. We also have made similar conclusions regarding the landscape of STEM education and STEM professional development through our research and have developed a variety of initiatives to provide STEM teachers with professional learning opportunities that enhance their content and pedagogical knowledge as well as provide them with access to high-quality STEM instructional materials. We continue to dream about how we can grow our work and impact STEM education in new ways!
