The last of my smoked salmon and avocado bagels 😢

These are fantastic. I never thought I would like them because I didn’t like those dairy cow cheese bites or cubes growing up, but these are so delicious??? It tastes a lot like pizza cheese-probably why I like them so much. I bought them for the pizza croissants but I have like a whole packet leftover.

After dinner, Princess and I made mango cheesecake because she had feels. The hand blender is seriously handy (teehee). We estimated the proportions so we hope it’ll turn out alright lol. Princess’ baking philosophy is “just put in everything and pray” 😏

After that the boys came back from the library and the three of us studied till 2. With many laughing breaks in between I don’t even remember what we were laughing about anymore. We talked about what our parents might have named us, what kind of names people look like, toothpaste running down our hands when we brush our teeth, etc.

Ended the night by killing a bug. We were baiting it with the lights, hoping it would fly out. And then Sil killed it with a property law book (finally came into good use). He was about to throw it into the bin but Princess was like “nuuuuuu you must flush it if not it will come back alive” LMAO. Sil agreed and proceeded to throw it into the toilet bowl, pee on it and then flush it down the loo.
