This is an EXCELLENT story! What struck me is just at the point you were getting discouraged, you persevered and decided to give it one last hearty try — and it worked! How rewarding this experience was for you as well as the many others you impacted. I’m sure they will never forget it! I think next time you should charge for your irreplaceable services! Lol! But seriously…you should think about it.
