This article had me giggling from the get go because, I feel you 100%. I have tried apps and spaces I find the best thing for me is going to a meditation center and joining a group session led by a person. MNDFL and Shambhala Center are my picks. And I have found that with what I have learned there, I have been able to meditate regularly on my own, at home sans app. (Also, napping is pretty sweet too.)
