Hey Silicon Valley CEO, VP, VC, Director, engineers and other affluent peeps.
Care about diversity in tech? Give an internship to the children, nephews, nieces, grandchildren of these hardworking folks.

- Security guard
- Bus driver
My mission is to give the little money I got from Twitter to make this happen.
My mother has been a nanny to major tech CEOs and housecleaner to Mark Zuckerberg (I love him! she exclaimed when she met him) and Marissa Mayer (she’s sophisticated mija, she told me).
As well as they treated her, not once did they ask her if her children would like to work for them. NOT ONCE. Even though I got accepted to Harvard, Stanford and attended Berkeley. And worked at Twitter, YouTube and Jawbone. NOT ONCE. Think about that, Silicon Valley.
Stop with your tweet activism about diversity. It does no good. Ask your building security guard, office janitor, gardener, nanny and/or housecleaner if their kids need a job, internship or a scholarship.
Most likely, this kid will benefit from your opportunities. Although I am sure he’ll do fine without it. But he’ll do great with them.
