I was also very confused by the new system! I think this illustrates the importance of creating smooth transitions between updates of websites/apps. It shows that the site’s learnability for users already familiar with another system is greatly dependent on providing ample instructions addressing the changes. Because the re-designers of MyPrint knew that the majority of their audience was used to PawPrints, they definitely could have had a pop-up that explained the changes and walked users through how to process a print job. That’s why I would consider the learnability of this website as very poor for returning users.
