I just shared a twist on Agility for competitive and collaborative advantage, with folks in Research Triangle Park, NC. Participants explored Agility with me in a whole-person, whole-system way, using a scientifically validated model.
The model shows organizations how to (re-)gain balance, direction and momentum under dynamic VUCA conditions. It also offers “people innovation” tools that help individuals, groups and culture evolve.
