Plus the IRS is not pursuing the fines unless you are an idiot and go to one of the tax services but know your rights you do not have to list whether you have insurance now. If there forms are set up to make you have an answer say yes.. or they need to change their forms. YOu do not have to answer it and the Irs will still process your refund now!!
