I’d love to see a discussion — maybe you’ve already done one on your blog? — of when and why the practice of blogging diminished. I suppose it’s due to platforms like Facebook… or even Medium?

I mean, back when only a select few knew who Barack Obama was, a significant portion of the population was in the habit of reading several blogs a day, or at least a week. What are those people reading (or doing) now instead?

And what role does the HuffPost play in the decimation?
