Since auto mechanics estimate labor charges based on an established length of time it takes to complete a repair (say, replacing a water pump), it seems logical that they would need a whole new set of labor charges publication in order to adjust the amount of time it takes to complete a project. In doing so, it also seems logical that they would pass the savings on to the consumer since we are guaranteed that additional costs are passed on to the consumer. Might it not be a good idea to suggest that the company that uses Glass publicize that they are passing the savings onto the consumer? Or am I just dreaming? :-)
