Ah this just makes me wish I lived someplace where driving is an option and not a necessity. I got my license right away at 16 and learned to drive in the snow, and have been a car owner ever since. Husband and I managed 9 years in LA as a one-car household and finally had to buy a second one this year due to our jobs, so I’ve been painfully aware of how much it costs to own a car.
