I’ve found a good balance of YouTube for my daily-ish yoga practice and going to studio classes a couple times a month. That way I can save money (plus I prefer to do yoga alone) and get feedback and adjustments from an instructor that I can take back to my home practice. I’ve also found my YouTube instructor explains the poses pretty well and sometimes better than teachers at studios — her channel is Yoga with Adriene (which I think is popular among Billfolders, I’ve seen it mentioned here before).
