The Ravens won’t stop collecting food until they’ve reached the 20,000-pound goal.

The Ravens’ November Food Collection continues this week and won’t end until the team’s 20,000-pound goal is reached. The goal was set in honor of the Ravens’ twentieth season and their 20 years partnering with the Maryland Food Bank. Though the competition between staff and players will be ending Nov. 13, fans can continue to donate at more than 50 Baltimore-area Giant Food stores until Nov. 16, with one last collection rally at the Clarksville, Maryland location which includes an appearance by defensive end Brandon Williams.

Rex Ryan gets payback on Jets in Bills’ win

Rex Ryan, former head coach of the New York Jets, walked off the field Thursday night with his twenty-seventh victory at MetLife Stadium, this time as head coach of the Buffalo Bills. Ryan got his payback after being fired from his position with the Jets earlier in the 2015 offseason, with the Bills earning a 22–17 win. The victory ties the Bills with the Jets and Steelers for one of two wildcard spots in the AFC.

Orioles’ Adam Jones named Marvin Miller Man of the Year

Orioles center fielder Adam Jones was honored with the 2015 Marvin Miller Man of the Year award as part of the Major League Baseball Players Association Players’ Choice Awards Monday. The Marvin Miller award is the most prestigious honor that the MLB offers to players for on-field performance and community service efforts and is voted on by players, fans, and the association. Jones is known for helping underprivileged youth in Baltimore and throughout Maryland, however, he is considering using some of the $50,000 that is to be donated to some youth centers in his hometown of San Diego.
