Sunday Blessings and Ruminariations

Oh fuck, Sunday?

What happened to Saturday and Sunday?

Well, there’s not a goddamn thing you can do about it now.

So let us prepare for what lie ahead.

Concern One

Tomorrow is both Monday AND part of the month of November. Do you still have a relationship with friends and family?

You’re fucked.

It’s time for quality time, food, and gifts. Three things that…

Cost.

Money.

“But I don’t have any money!”

Like I had previously mentioned, you’re fucked.

Here is a link to some predatory funding.

Concern Two

“Dear Lord, the weather has doth gone cold. The hunger of the changing of the seasons has set in. Whatever should I do?”

To address this particular concern, you need to first answer one important question:

Are you single?

“Well, obviously. Are you reading this?”

You’re fucked.

It’s Sunday morning, as we speak, and if you were wondering if you should go get an entire large pizza and eat that pie in its entirety and then also maybe make a large milkshake, it’s time to make your move. Now. There’s no hope at this point. If you have a myocardial infarction there are nurses in the hospital that will hold your hand. That’s honestly your only option at this point if I can be completely honest with you.

Concern Three

“I left a bunch of shit to do tomorrow late last week so I could leave work early and go to a thing.”

You’re fucked.

There is not a single chance in hell that when you arrive at work tomorrow you will be able to distinguish your face from your asshole, much less the order of events and tasks that need to occur in order to deal with the pile of procrastination you abandoned last week. If I were you I’d plan to spend the first 4–5 hours of your workday on Monster.com.

Okay, three is a workable number.

As you head into your workweek ahead may these ruminariations reverberate within both your chakras and chi and allow your third eye to open, fully, awakening the wokeness you will need to guide you through the minefield that is your life at this point.

🕉Namaste🕉
