I agree with Paul Chapman. While some PMs may be one-sided in their approach, hopefully they continue in learning different pieces of the pie to develop a better appreciation and consideration for a product from a holistic level.

Some of my most admired Product people include Dan Olsen and drew dillon, both who are multi-faceted PMs and draw from design, engineering, BD/sales to build amazing products. Just because you launch with a focus based on your biases, your next goal is address your all your other product debts.
