Hey Nathan! When you do these surveys, do you make it clear that it’s a design system discovery survey or do you do more of a general “What are your needs/aspirations/threats in your day to day work?”.
I lean towards the latter. AKAnot steering the conversation towards a design system, but using the survey as a tool to see IF a design system can solve the companies’ key problems.
But I’m curious to hear how you approach this with your clients and what you’ve found to be the most effective approach.
