A lot of things you say ressonate with me as I am married with a non EU citizen too, so we’ve already trodden a similar, albeit simpler, path to the one you describe — successfully! and we’re about to do it the other way round: relocate to her country so that I can obtain her citizenship, and thus have exactly the same rights anywhere in the world.
Practical question about Cyprus and its citizenship policy. Do they require any knowledge of Greek to applicants?
