Hey Adam. I’d suggest you correct all these “it’s” when you really wanto to be using the posessive adjective “its”.

Now for the real comment… I am in favour of some elements of scrum, some others I am against. You have a point when you highlight its hypocrisy. I hate it when it’s only the Devs / Engineers who have to be brutally honest about their track of time and everyone else has the right to not disclose what they do all day long.
