The part about being authentic and not playing the comparison game go hand in hand so well. I am glad you mentioned them together. Being authentic is difficult at first and requires a lot of practice. If you don’t play the comparison game, it is easier to build up the stamina and foundation of the self that makes you the happiest and the most comfortable.
