Investment Fraud & Scams

An investment scam normally begins with an offer (normally unsolicited) to invest in a ‘great opportunity’, with the promise of exceptional rewards, but which is only available for a limited time. Often the ‘backing information’ seems impressive — a prestigious address, glossy material and an impressive website are all common.
