No. Your comment was not facetious. Sarcastic, but not facetious. And no…Joe Romm and other climate scientists do not tout the indisputable accuracy of climate computer models. But here’s a clue…models don’t have to super accurate to be useful. To the extent a model does better than guessing, it is useful. Weather forecasting is not completely accurate, but it’s a whole lot better than guessing.
