Thanks for this — really useful and thought-provoking.
It feels like a lot of these ideas would be useful in teams/organisations which don’t necessarily see themselves as pursuing systems change, a growing startup or NGO which seeks to learn and evolve itself, for instance. It might seem that such groups have a much easier job to adapt themselves than changing more substantive systems, but in my experience it can still be very difficult and complex to adjust and flex a driven ambitious organisation. I wonder how many such organisations have these ideas in mind as they form and develop…
